We have a shorter track/road course this week, which means that points will not necessarily be dominator based. Moreso finishing position and place differential. Practice is likely something I rely on as well when building. Therefore I will reference those tables on the right side of the following chart.
Below is the same thing except filtered list based on who I think is underownd in the scatter plot.
On the top right we have our place differential guys. Bell, Dillion Harvick JOnes and Truex all stand out.
You will want to compare the above tables to the following to find leverage plays that make sense. With PD being important, many lineups will have Truex in it. Seems to make sense for a guy that far back. If he or other chalky plays crash or dont finish with a top 6 score, where else can you go to be different? The names on the right are a handful. Choose wisely!
