PGA DFS - Draftkings BMW Championship - August 18 2022

Updated: Aug 17, 2022

This may be my final run of the season for PGA, so hopefully will count for something. NFL is upon us so be sure to check back here for that content. I'm not entirely sure what all I will post for NFL yet, but at the start of the year, I'll play with some concepts.

Anyways this course is certainly bomber friendly and birdie friendly from the looks of things. I imagine that recent form is important since there is no course history working. I will focus on those guys with the leverage as well.

The leverage is pointing sharply as Noren this week. I havent played him in a while personally so I may look into doing so this week. Seems he has made 3 of his last 5 cuts and averaging in the top 20 so thats pretty cool. The dilemna is that he is not gaining strokes off the tee and therefore might be low owned for good reasons.

Removing the Noren level to see what is possible without him because I dont trust him fully

The guys that you can leverage to have been circled. The real question is how much do you trust the underlined names? If you trust em, keep me. Otherwise choose a circle to pivot.

Rahm and Cam Young seem to lead the way in terms of off the tee stats. Ive been touting Cam Young all season so why not go out with a bang there.

Finally some names who have been finishing well in recent tournaments. Cam Young's face on everything. Granted he was a turd the other day when I went all in on him. Just gonna keep trying because hes overdue a win.

Tony Finau, Horschel, Young, and Whackeeem Nieman, and Jon Rahm are all names of folks I have interest in when looking at expected wins vs actual wins.

Its been a good season producing this unique look at golf data. If this page has helped you, please share!
