This is my first look at the leverage spots at the moment. I am not gonna lie, this week feels like the most uncomfortable list I've seen so far
Between the sites, we get Streelman and Laird. Streelman does have 2 top 10 finishes here. Laird has 1. Use that info however you like.
My favorite stop is the scatterplot. Let's look for the top of the chart mixed with the green dots
Justin Thomas and Viktor Hovland lead the odds and Morikawa isnt far behind. Normally I struggle to target guys priced over the $10,600 tag, but this field may be weak enough to warrant it.
As far as some key leverage plays to consider, Tommy Fleetwood, Bubba Watson and Harold Varner are all names that seem to stick out for now.
At the bottom, we have 4 tables. Left to right, it would seem that Dustin Johnson's upside is higher than anyone on the slate (but lower odds of success), Molinari's value potential is the highest, Lee Hodges could be the biggest risk/reward play on the slate, and Kokrak, Louie and risky Webb Simpson all with more top 10s than anyone. Perhaps one of them pop again?
Check back on twitter this evening to ensure this is the latest!
In review of the core plays, Streelman got 7th and Stallings got 16th on the draftkings side.
FD wise, DJ/Oost/Webb/Tringale all made the cut but finished outside of the top 30
Burns - i was pretty neutral on due to his 17% ownership expectations, but also being on the value trendline.
JT = finished 3rd and had the highest odds on the chart so that ends up ok.
Worst of the bunch would be Matt Fitz because he was highly chalk wih no leverage, and finished top 5. Its the type of play I'll bet against every time but this time the chalk won.
